Feng Shui to sell your home quicker… I had a fabulous day feng shui clearing four homes. I only wish that I had my Mini Video Recorder… I worked with a home that is currently on the market and it looks great and feels “ok” on the inside. The realtor hired me because the house isn’t moving. I go to the kitchen, as I always do, mix up my feng shui space clearing magical mixture and fill the 9 red envelopes with the mixture. I then moved through the house with my dousing bobber to identify the energy grid imbalances and got those corrected. I then move to the garage and “oh my gosh” this is the reason this house is not selling… It’s filled with trash, boxes, stuff and items that they are ready to get rid of. AHHHHHH!
For those of you familiar with the Feng Shui Bagua… the garage was located in the Knowledge/Self-Improvement area of the home… This is the spiritual connection area… trash, junk and clutter is the farthest from spiritual… wouldn’t you say.
Lesson from this posting… if your house is on the market… clear and clean it out! Don’t use the garage as a storage unit – go rent one. Every square inch of the house (including the garage) must be clear and clear so that the new potential buyers can feel and imagine their life in the home.
My learning is to have my mini video recorder on me at allllll times!
