The Daily Motivations consist of the following sections:


Mind Dump: This is where you write down all the crazy “stuff” that you are thinking when you get up in the morning.  The purpose for this step is to begin calming down the chatter and eliminate the “spinning out” with your thinking.

5 Soul Desires: Now that your mind has calmed down, because it just dumped it’s chatter, you will be able to drop into your heart and soul and hear what it’s desires are.  These desires can range from: Clear my desk Organize my closet Begin planning the trip to Denver in March Meditate 10 minutes each day Take a break at lunch and close my eyes for 25 deep breaths Write a Thank You note to Lisa Create a new workout routine Finish reading the Harmonic Wealth book Hire an assistant Etc…

5 Appreciations: As you have heard, what you appreciate you get more of.  Focus on w hat’s working and what you appreciate in your life at that moment.

Action Steps: This section is where you write down up to three action steps that you fully commit to handling before your head hits the pillow that night. The link NOW DO THIS is a website that you can use that makes it kind of fun also.
