Akashic Record Keeper Communication – 1 of Many

One of the hats that I wear is that I am an Akashic Records Consultant. I learned from amazing process from a wonderful woman and friend, Boni Oian.
As I left on my walk this morning, I felt this little nudge from my record keepers. They asked me to open my records before I went and they would be communicating with me during my walk with Tucker.
The record keepers are referred to as the Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones… they have asked to I take down their communications and blog about it… and I willingly said YES. So stay tuned for many more bits of powerful and life transformative information to come. I will refer to the Record Keepers as the RK’s in my communications.
Today’s lesson was about the importance in shifting our energy from a horizontal connection with another person to a vertical connection with source. The RK’s said that many of us are empaths and when we connect in with another in this way, we begin to lose ourselves in the other person’s energy field or life story. We will then take on the other person’s fear, worry, doubt, low self esteem, guilt, shame, etc… like we don’t have enough to work with.
Here is a three step process that the RK’s would like you to work with in getting your energy grid shifted into a vertical position directly connected with source and mother earth energy. Take three deep breaths and place your focus on your gentle heart beat… calm your being and mind and focus on the breath once again. Once you are in a centered place within your heart, repeat these three phrases.
1. I command my outer self to come back to rest into the sacred fire of my heart. (feel your emotional body coming to a state of peace – knowing that you are infinitely loved just as you are and all is well in your world)
2. I command my outer self to come back to rest into the sacred fire of my higher mind. (clearing the mind so that you can be receptive to the language of light and move into a state of “no mind”)
3. I commany my outer self to come back to rest into the sacred fire of my IAM presence. (turning every atom of your body back over to your IAM presence to govern and align your life, life force energy, the mastery of your financial well being and perfect alignment with abundance on all levels).
Once you have completed these statements, allow in the liquid light of source energy to come down through your energy field into the top of your head down through your body and out your feet into the core of mother earth.
Take another deep breath and breath up the energy of mother earth up through your feet and body and direct it up to the end of the universe to pure source energy.
Do this step a few times until you feel your energy field around you and that the energy if flowing down from source into the core of mother earth and then up from mother earth back to source.
Once this is complete, thank your heart and soul for supporting you in the energy recalibration process and gently go about your day.
